• Audio and transcript data: real-time audio streams for transcription, plus saved recording files, transcripts, and translation results when you choose to keep sessions
• Usage and device information: recording duration, feature usage, session metadata, device details, and diagnostics logs
• Payment information: billing details processed securely via Stripe
• Notification information: push tokens used to deliver service notifications (if you grant permission)
• Uploaded documents: reference materials used to improve transcription accuracy

• Provide and improve our transcription and translation services
• Process payments and manage your subscription

• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We process audio in real time to generate transcripts; when you save a session, related audio files, transcripts, translations, and uploaded documents are stored to enable playback, sync, and export. You can delete individual data items in settings or remove your account to delete all associated data.

5. Third-Party Services & AI Data Processing

To provide core features, we may send limited data to third-party providers. In-app notices explain what data is sent and to whom; where required by law or platform policy, we obtain your consent before transmission.

5.1 Speech Transcription Services

• Data sent: real-time audio streams, recorded audio files, language preferences, and transcription context you configure (such as domain keywords and term lists)
• Purpose: converting speech to text (transcription) and translation
• Recipient: Soniox (speech recognition and transcription processing)

5.2 AI-Powered Features

• Data sent: transcript text, chat messages, and relevant text excerpts from uploaded documents used for summaries/keywords/term extraction
• Purpose: auto-generating meeting minutes, smart keyword extraction, AI chat assistant, and extracting terminology from uploaded documents
• Recipient: Google Gemini (routed via AI Gateway) for generative AI features

5.3 Other Third-Party Services

• Google, Apple: optional third-party authentication
• Stripe: payment processing and billing management
• Cloudflare R2: audio and document storage
• Vercel: application hosting and infrastructure runtime services

We do not sell your personal data. Outside processing strictly necessary to deliver core features, we do not transmit your data to third-party AI services. You can remove related data by deleting sessions, documents, or your account.

6. Your Rights
